Community Service Projects
WCTAA and the instructional assistants of Wake County helped stuff holiday stockings for the Salvation Army and the children of Wake County. We are happy to say that this year we stuffed and delivered around 350 stockings to the Salvation Army. The top stocking stuffers were; High Croft Elementary School with 70 stockings, Holly Springs HS with 40 stockings, Green Hope ES stuffed 30, Davis Drive ES stuffed 30, Carpenter ES stuffed 25, and Fox Road ES stuffed 25 stocking. Other schools that participated were: Alston Ridge MS, Cary HS, Conn ES, Enloe HS, Heritage MS, Knightdale ES, Lake Myra ES, Oakview ES, and Timber Drive ES. Thank you to every school and individual that help with the amazing service project. If your school participated and we forgot to list you, please let Jackie or Megan know. Thank you again for making this service project a success!
Our next service project will be in April. We will be packing lunching with Brown Bag Ministries at St. Andrews Church in Apex.
